1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping at Red Panda Hobbies and Games. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and exchanges.

2. Refunds and Exchanges Eligibility

Refunds and exchanges are available within the first 14 days following the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

2.1. Eligibility Criteria:

  • The item must be incorrect or faulty (e.g., breaks upon first use).
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable.

2.2. Gift Items:

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item.

3. Exchanges
