SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products purchased through the Red Panda Hobbies & Games website (the "Site"), operated by Red Panda Hobbies & Games ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site and making a purchase, you agree to comply with this Shipping Policy.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2 business days, not including pre-orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, text, or telephone. Pre-orders will be processed when stock is received and shipped two business days prior to the live product date set by the company creating the product(s).

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to choose from. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once your order has shipped, we cannot control shipping delays caused by carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We use reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver orders. You may select your preferred shipping method at checkout. We can ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses and will work with you to get your items in a timely manner.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available in some countries outside the United States. Some products may be excluded and these are out of our hands. Countries and companies both set import/export rules that we must follow.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us at 256-444-6918.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Red Panda Hobbies & Games is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the shipment carrier requires us to contact them after you file a claim, please email us at redpandahobbiesandgames@gmail.com

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our Return Policy for information about returns and refunds.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional charges for corrected addresses will be the customer's responsibility.
